Please call to reserve your appointment time and to discuss any questions you may have. We do require credit card information to hold your reservation. We ask that you do give us at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. No-shows will be charged the full dollar amount for their missed appointment. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to leave time to comfortably adjust to our relaxing atmosphere away from your busy life. We strive to start spa treatments on time. If you are late, you may be losing precious time for your treatments.

Be open about your personal condition so that the spa can help you plan accordingly. High blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid imbalances, heart problems, allergies, varicose veins, pregnancy, claustrophobia and other conditions may require alterations to otherwise customary treatment regimens. Disclosure of any medical condition is kept confidential and is paramount to your comfort and enjoyment of your spa experience.

Spa therapists are sensitive to your privacy and modesty concerns. You will be directed what to do and will be appropriately covered at all times for body treatments and massage therapy. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Shower facilities and disposable undergarments will be provided, if needed. Spa Therapists are of both genders. Please bear in mind that the Therapists are professionals operating under a prescribed code of conduct.

Please, no toddlers and infants. To preserve our tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, PLEASE leave all cell phones, pagers and radios outside. If you need to bring these items inside, PLEASE turn ringers OFF or to silent setting.

Are redeemable at face value for services and products, and are non-refundable. Gift certificates expire 1 year after the date of issue. Any remaining balances left on gift certificates may be applied to another spa experience, gratuity or products which may have been recommended to you. Gift certificates are the same as cash. They must be present at the time of sale. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
